  1. Makarand Joshi – Makarand Joshi is a Fellow member of ICSI and Partner of Makarand M Joshi & Co. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance and various Company L aw matters. He has actively contributed to the Research Committee of ICSI for research about Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs). He has written various articles which have been published in various magazines of the ICSI and ICAI and has delivered lectures at various Study Circles / Seminars organized by ICSI and ICAI.

  2. Kumudini Paranjape – Kumudini Paranjape is Fellow member of ICSI and Partner of Makarand M Joshi & Co. She is specialized in handling Mergers & Amalgamations. Varoius Company Law matters, Foreign Exchange related matters including setting up and statutory filings of Liaison office / Branches office / Project office of Foreign Companies. She also has expertise in handling winding up matter. Sha has deliverd lectures at various study circles and Seminars.

She is specialized in handling Listed Company Compliances, Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence, Corporate Governance compliance in listed companies, Open offers for Takeovers of Listed Companies.

  4. Arti Ahuja Jewani – Arti Ahuja Jewani is a Fellow member of ICSI and Partner of MMJC & Associates LLP. She is invovled in lot of technology initiative and Research initiative taken by the Firm. She is in charge of Reserch, Technology, Training & Develpment in MMJC.
